If you are overweight it is because you are eating too much and fat and carbs in your everyday diet.  So time to start buying high protein foods to fill up on. <p>Bean, legumes, meats (like chicken and fish), cottage cheese, eggs, protein shakes, the list goes on and on. <p>Cottage cheese is very high in protein and very low in fat.  It is the ideal food to eat if you want to improve your health through nutrition. </p>
<p>You would be surprised how many foods go with cottage cheese.  Most fruits tastes great with cottage cheese but so does pizza, sweet potatoes, salad and many other foods.  Anything that you put ranch dressing on will taste better and be much better for you with cottage cheese. </p>
<p>You can lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks by replacing the 2 worst foods and 2 worst condiments that you eat and replacing them with cottage cheese.  When I say the 2 worst foods, I mean the 2 foods that have the highest fat compared to protein ration.  Ranch dressing is horrible as well as mayo.  Stay away from those 2 condiments and replace them with cottage cheese.  This should remain a life change.  If you try to cut something out of your diet you will fail.  You have to replace it with something if you want to be successful in your diet.  </p>
<p>This might not really be considered a fast diet choice but more of a lifetime change to improve your overall health.  If you zoom out and look at how much ranch you eat in a year, you will realize why you have extra fat on your body.  You can go a whole year without eating ranch or mayo and you will be eating less fat to degree of thousands of fat grams.  Those condiments are not used as energy, they go straight to the fat cells and make you fatter by the day.  </p>

It&#8217;s time to start thinking outside of the box when it comes to weight loss and fitness in general.  If you want to look better than most people you have to do things that most people won&#8217;t do. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m not saying that you have to do something that is unhealthy in order to lose weight fast in fact I&#8217;m saying you need to do some extremely healthy things to lose that amount of weight. </p>
<p><strong>How to Lose weight Fast</strong></p>
<p>So lets talk about a few things you can do to drop weight quickly and have a different body in 14 days.  First off you will need to be motivated and dedicated.  Just think about how long it would take you to lose 10 pounds doing your typical diet or workout program.  You are looking at maybe 1 to 2 pounds a week if you are lucky and can last 2 months.  </p>
<p>It&#8217;s best to do things fast when you are motivated and in the mood because who  knows if you will still be in the mood in 3 months.  So pump yourself up and dedicate 2 weeks to your fitness that will change the way you look and change your life.  </p>
<p>Step 1 is to stay away from any type of calorie drinks.  You want to eat calories in the form of good food and not drink them in the form of soda or anythings else.  Don&#8217;t fall into the large percentage of people that think diet coke is okay for you because there aren&#8217;t any calories.  I&#8217;ve seen countless obese people that drink pure diet coke most of the day.  In fact have you ever met an obese person that doesn&#8217;t drink coke?  I haven&#8217;t. </p>
<p>Next is to make sure you check your white carbs.  This is the hardest for me because I love bread, but if you stop eating the one white carbohydrate that you eat most, you will start seeing success.  For me that one white carb I ate the most was white bread. </p>
<p>The next rule may seem counter-intuitive but trust me on this one.  Eat often but eat good foods.  You don&#8217;t need to be starving yourself to lose weight, in fact you need to be eating more often and just eating less overall.  </p>

<p>When focusing leg workout routines you need to incorporate exercises that will work the whole leg and improve performance in your daily life.  Squats are the number one leg exercise because they work so much of the leg but they aren&#8217;t the only thing you need to do to have better looking or stronger legs. </p>
<p>The best leg exercises will include many different lifts that target different areas.  Lets start with some calf exercises you can do. </p>
<p>Standing calf raises are a great way to develop the gastrocnemius muscle of your calf.  Make sure that you go all the way up on the balls of your feet and then lower the heel down until you feel a good stretch.  These are too easy to do with both feet at the same time so do them one leg at a time.  If that is still too easy you can hold a weight in your hand. </p>
<p>Hamstrings are the back of the leg from the butt down to the back of the knee.  To workout the hamstrings you can hamstring curls at a gym but if you don&#8217;t have a gym membership you can still do leg workouts at home.  Lunges are a great way to target the hamstrings and the glutes.  Just a few lunges will get you sore if you haven&#8217;t done them before so you don&#8217;t need to overdue it at first. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most people have the desire to <strong>lose weight</strong> a natural, healthy way.  Sure there are many ways that are very unhealthy and are never recommended such as bulemia nervosa and anorexia nervosa.  But <strong>natural weight loss</strong> is done without harming your body and improves your health instead of compromising it to look better.  </p>
<p>The goal is to both look and feel better about yourself and your body image.  Learning to set goals and trying your hardest to achieve them without cheating will boost your self confidence and make you feel great.  </p>
<p>I find it easier to motivate yourself if you set goals and then train like an athlete would train for an upcoming competition.  Finding a group of people or even one other person that is motivated will help you a lot in your quest to lose weight.  If you can&#8217;t find someone near you, there are always forums where others are trying to lose weight.  You can even comment here in comment section for support.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t set crazy goals that are not achievable like losing 15 pounds in one week.  But, if you have seen the Biggest Loser you know that it&#8217;s not impossible if you have that much to lose and are working out a ton along with obeying a strict diet.  I would aim for a couple pounds a week.  If you can lose 2 pounds each week for a month you will be 8 pounds lighter and you will emotionally feel great because you have accomplished something.  Maybe you will only lose 1 pound the second week and 3 pounds the 3rd, that&#8217;s okay!  Losing weight is not exact, your body gets used to things and you have to adapt to continue to burn the same amount of calories. </p>
<p>If you are stuck and don&#8217;t know where or how to start, I will give you a couple things to remember in order to get started on the right track.  Chicken and tuna will become your 2 new favorite foods instead of ice cream and brownies.  What I mean by this is that you will not eat anymore ice cream or brownies, it&#8217;s as simple as that.  You will eat every 4 hours that you are awake.  I don&#8217;t mean to eat until you are full each time, just eat a little bit so you never feel really hungry.  When you go too long without eating, you get very hungry, then when you eat, you overeat.  That is why Americans are so fat.  They don&#8217;t eat for 7 hours and then put way too much food in their bodies at one time and feel gross when they get done eating.  Never do that again!  That alone will help you drop a lot of pounds. </p>

<p>You eat too much food as it is right now.  Take all the food you ate over the last week and if you space it out correctly it will probably feed you for 2 weeks.  You can <strong>lose weight fast</strong> by controlling how much food you eat and when you eat it. </p>

<p>Lets start by identifying what most people do and why they are waisting time.  </p>
<p>People that go to the gym and run on the treadmills for hours usually aren&#8217;t the ones that are ripped, so how do you get ripped fast?  By doing the secret workouts that make your body look great. </p>
<p>Have you ever heard of the serratus anterior?  Most people haven&#8217;t heard of this muscle and most people don&#8217;t know how to develop it.  </p>
<p>The serratus anterior are the muscles that look like ribs but aren&#8217;t.  The great thing about this muscle is that you can develop it and look super ripped with way less work than doing tons of crunches and diet.  </p>
<p>So how do you train the serratus anterior?</p>
<p>The muscle is trained by using the close grip triangular attachment that people usually use for the back row machine.  You simply use this attachment where you would usually do the lat pull-downs, which is the one that immitates a pull-up.  </p>
<p>Do these combined with russian twists, which are an ab exercise where you hold a weighted ball and touch it on one side of you and then the other while sitting on the ground leaning back at a 45 degree angle.  </p>

Everyone has felt the heartbeat pick up its pace during physical activity.  Cardiorespiratory endurance determines how long a person can remain active with an elevated heart rate-it is the ability of the heart and lungs to sustain a given physical demand.  Working muscles need abundant oxygen to product energy, and the heart and lungs work together to provide that oxygen.  Cardiorespiratory endurance training is therefore aerobic. </p>

Cardiorespiratory endurance improves and the body delivers oxygen more efficiently.  With cardio-respiratory endurance, the total blood volume and the number of red blood cells increase, so the blood can carry more oxygen.  The heart muscle becomes stronger and larger, and its cardiac output increases.  Each beat empties the heart&#8217;s chambers more completely, so the heart pumps more blood per beat, in other words it&#8217;s stroke volume increases.  This makes fewer beats necessary, so the pulse rate falls.  The muscles that inflate and deflate the lungs gain strength and endurance so breathing becomes more efficient.  Blood moves easily through the blood vessels because the muscles of the heart contract powerfully, and contraction of the skeletal muscles pushes the blood through the veins.  Such improvements keep resting blood pressure normal.  The improvements that come with this type of training also raise blood HDL, the lipoprotein associated with lower heart disease risk.<br />
Which activities produce these beneficial changes?  Effective activities elevate the heart rate, are sustained for longer than 20 minutes, and use most of the large-muscle groups of the body (legs, buttocks, and abdomen).  Examples are swimming, cross-country skiing, rowing, fast walking, jogging, fast bicycling, soccer, hockey, basketball, inline-skating, lacrosse, beach volleyball, and rugby.<br />
An informal pulse check can give you some indication of how conditioned your heart is.  The average resting pulse rate for adults is around 70 beats per minute.  Active people can have resting pulse rates of 50 or even lower.  </p>
<p>To recap, cardio-respiratory endurance training enhances the ability of the heart and lungs to deliver oxygen to the muscles.  With this type of training the heart becomes stronger, breathing becomes more efficient, and the health of the entire body improves.</p>

My quick weight loss diet consists of looking at only 2 things on every food that you eat.  And no it&#8217;s not how many calories or how many carbs the food has.  You simply need to look at the protein and the fat.  A quick way to lose weight is by cutting your fat intake down to where it should be.  Carbs are your friend and you are going to need them for energy because you body will start eating them up quickly when you are consuming less fat.  Fat has more energy than carbs or protein.  Energy=Calories.  So when you cut down your fat intake your body will burn even more of the carbs that your eat.  So exactly how much fat are you allowed to eat on this quick diet?  Well, the rule is that you don&#8217;t eat ANYTHING that has more grams of fat in it than grams of protein.  Yes it&#8217;s that simple, and yes I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by following it.  I got to eat foods I enjoyed as long as they had more protein than fat, which is a lot of good food!</p>

<p>So should women take protein powder?  Yes! Women and protein go hand in hand when the woman is working out.
