How to Get Ripped Fast

Everyone has a different definition of being “ripped.” For someone that has a large stomach, any definition on the stomach will be considered a success but for someone that is already in good shape they might want a six pack.

No matter what you consider as being ripped one thing is certain, you want to look good in your swim suit. For both men and women there are basic exercises that will make you look great in your bathing suit.

Lets start by identifying what most people do and why they are waisting time.

People that go to the gym and run on the treadmills for hours usually aren’t the ones that are ripped, so how do you get ripped fast? By doing the secret workouts that make your body look great.

Have you ever heard of the serratus anterior? Most people haven’t heard of this muscle and most people don’t know how to develop it.

The serratus anterior are the muscles that look like ribs but aren’t. The great thing about this muscle is that you can develop it and look super ripped with way less work than doing tons of crunches and diet.

So how do you train the serratus anterior?

The muscle is trained by using the close grip triangular attachment that people usually use for the back row machine. You simply use this attachment where you would usually do the lat pull-downs, which is the one that immitates a pull-up.

Do these combined with russian twists, which are an ab exercise where you hold a weighted ball and touch it on one side of you and then the other while sitting on the ground leaning back at a 45 degree angle.

That is how to get ripped fast!
