Look at everything you ate last week.  I don’t care if it was a “bad” week for your diet because you had a wedding to go to or a party or any other excuse.  Take what you ate the last 7 days and pick the 2 foods that had the most fat in them.  Now, you are simply going to cut out those 2 foods from your diet for next 30 days.  Now take the 2 foods that had the most protein per serving in them.  You are going to double those foods for the next 30 days.  Right there we have cut your fat intake way down while increasing your protein consumption.  If you stick to that for 30 days you will notice a slight drop in your body weight!  Simple isn’t it?
