Natural Weight Loss
Most people have the desire to lose weight a natural, healthy way. Sure there are many ways that are very unhealthy and are never recommended such as bulemia nervosa and anorexia nervosa. But natural weight loss is done without harming your body and improves your health instead of compromising it to look better.
The goal is to both look and feel better about yourself and your body image. Learning to set goals and trying your hardest to achieve them without cheating will boost your self confidence and make you feel great.
I find it easier to motivate yourself if you set goals and then train like an athlete would train for an upcoming competition. Finding a group of people or even one other person that is motivated will help you a lot in your quest to lose weight. If you can’t find someone near you, there are always forums where others are trying to lose weight. You can even comment here in comment section for support.
Don’t set crazy goals that are not achievable like losing 15 pounds in one week. But, if you have seen the Biggest Loser you know that it’s not impossible if you have that much to lose and are working out a ton along with obeying a strict diet. I would aim for a couple pounds a week. If you can lose 2 pounds each week for a month you will be 8 pounds lighter and you will emotionally feel great because you have accomplished something. Maybe you will only lose 1 pound the second week and 3 pounds the 3rd, that’s okay! Losing weight is not exact, your body gets used to things and you have to adapt to continue to burn the same amount of calories.
If you are stuck and don’t know where or how to start, I will give you a couple things to remember in order to get started on the right track. Chicken and tuna will become your 2 new favorite foods instead of ice cream and brownies. What I mean by this is that you will not eat anymore ice cream or brownies, it’s as simple as that. You will eat every 4 hours that you are awake. I don’t mean to eat until you are full each time, just eat a little bit so you never feel really hungry. When you go too long without eating, you get very hungry, then when you eat, you overeat. That is why Americans are so fat. They don’t eat for 7 hours and then put way too much food in their bodies at one time and feel gross when they get done eating. Never do that again! That alone will help you drop a lot of pounds.
How to Lose Weight Fast
You eat too much food as it is right now. Take all the food you ate over the last week and if you space it out correctly it will probably feed you for 2 weeks. You can lose weight fast by controlling how much food you eat and when you eat it.
