Lose Weight Fast with The Cottage Cheese Diet

What do Americans lack more than anything else in their diets? Protein. What do Americans eat too much of in their diet? Fat. So naturally a food that is low in fat and high in protein would be the ideal food to add to your diet and would balance the common diet to make it healthier and more balanced.

Cottage cheese is very high in protein and very low in fat. It is the ideal food to eat if you want to improve your health through nutrition.

You would be surprised how many foods go with cottage cheese. Most fruits tastes great with cottage cheese but so does pizza, sweet potatoes, salad and many other foods. Anything that you put ranch dressing on will taste better and be much better for you with cottage cheese.

You can lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks by replacing the 2 worst foods and 2 worst condiments that you eat and replacing them with cottage cheese.
