The quickest way to lose weight is by doing it naturally and healthily. Trust me, I lost 30 pounds in three months by eliminating a few things from my diet.

My quick weight loss diet consists of looking at only 2 things on every food that you eat. And no it’s not how many calories or how many carbs the food has. You simply need to look at the protein and the fat. A quick way to lose weight is by cutting your fat intake down to where it should be. Carbs are your friend and you are going to need them for energy because you body will start eating them up quickly when you are consuming less fat. Fat has more energy than carbs or protein. Energy=Calories. So when you cut down your fat intake your body will burn even more of the carbs that your eat. So exactly how much fat are you allowed to eat on this quick diet? Well, the rule is that you don’t eat ANYTHING that has more grams of fat in it than grams of protein. Yes it’s that simple, and yes I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by following it. I got to eat foods I enjoyed as long as they had more protein than fat, which is a lot of good food!
